Model Suitability - The Essex Autosport Honda K20A conversion is suitable for all
Rover engined Elise, 340R and Exige models.

K20A conversions, we worked hard with manufacturers and suppliers of engine mountings
and drive-shafts to ensure that our Honda Conversion exhibited quality in excess
of a factory built car. Many development hours were spent perfecting the gear-shift
mechanism (unique to our kit is the Honda counter-weight to give production quality
gear feel), honing the refinement and driveability, as well as ensuring fit and finish
in the engine compartment is of a high standard.
The kit offers up an effortless 220hp from the super reliable Honda K20A unit, revving
to a heady 8500RPM, this is truly the engine that the Elise was designed for!

Engine Management, Remote Oil Filter Housing, 4-1 Stainless Steel Manifold, Electronic
Fan Controller, Baffled Sump, Tuned Length Alloy Induction Pipe, High-Flow Air Filter,
High quality Oil (Braided aerospace quality lines) and Fuel Lines with Fittings.
Tokachi Sport - Supercharged - For those really looking to make some serious forward
progress, the Honda K20A can be easily supercharged with the proven Jackson Racing
supercharger conversion, giving an effortless 300hp, this conversion is not for the
faint of heart and when well driven, will facilitate 0-60mph times under 4 seconds!
Popular Options - Our basic installs can be customised with a number of option parts,
including uprated Alloy water radiator, oil cooler, Aerospace grade thermal insulation,
uprated clutch, fuel swirl-pot assembly with second high capacity fuel pump, custom
rolling road optimised tuning.
