Dear Wayne, and all the team at EA,

Many thanks to all of you for your efforts and professionalism, preparing my Elise for my road trip to Italy. I picked the car up from you on Saturday morning and was packed and on the ferry by the Sunday morning. I knocked up 2000 memorable and problem free miles, the car was totally transformed after you worked on it, particularly in it’s handling and turn in capability, the combination of the new GAZ damper/springs and settings together with a Sport 160 geo’ and Toyo 888 tyres made the car feel planted to the road and extremely stable (better than I remember my S2 Exige) and reassuring at high speed both in the dry and often very wet conditions.

The road surfaces in France (even B roads) are billiard table flat and similar to a race track which particularly suited the car. At no point even when pushed did the bigger Exige wheel/tyre combinations fitted, foul the arches.

I’ll drop you a few photos taken from the top of some of the Alpine passes we tackled en route.

Having spent some hours in your reception yesterday, I thought I might as well add something to your testimonials.

I’ve been a customer of EA for some 3 years now, and in that time I’ve spent a lot of money upgrading my car with you. Your team have saved my bacon on a number of occasions, whether that be trailering my car back from Beford FOC, fitting me in at very short notice, offering telephone advice on technical issues or helping me sell my old car. I’ve always felt looked after by the team at EA, and they’ve listened to any concerns I’ve had and rectified any issues.

EA go the extra bit further with regards to looking after customers, which stands them out from the crowd.

I have been very impressed with both your customer service and quality of work and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending you to others. The car is looking and driving absolutely superb! I just wish you guys were a little closer to make it easier to get to you more regularly - but I will definitely be back for work when I need it in future.

I have finally got the car out on track at Cadwell Park last month on what was unfortunately a pretty wet day, but the car was great fun and a completely different beast to its original 111S k-series spec. I have managed to resolve my suspension issue but due to time scales I had to take the car to another specialist for geo as I couldn't get down to you before the track day. You got very positive praise though whilst the car was there, with their guy saying that it was “the best setup NA Honda” they’ve ever driven and they were very surprised when I said it was a UK spec engine! A credit to your work!

The EA Honda was definitely the right option for me. Thanks again for all your efforts - keep up the good work!

I did 100 miles last night and I wasn’t actually going out anywhere... The east of the car to drive is a million times better than before, the clutch drives like a normal car rather than being lumpy like in the K series, power delivery is so smooth that it doesn’t catch you out (yet...) and the brakes and suspension feel like they’ve been reconditioned, immense package and a credit to EA’s chaps! You’ve done an amazing job!

I’ll shortly do a nice spread for you on some of the forums!

Hi Andy,

Thank you for a fantastic job on my car! Now it finally looks (and sounds!) like a proper race car. Obviously I haven't been able to really test the handling, but it does feel great around the twisty roads around my neighbourhood. I look forward to this weekend to see what difference the upgrades really make.

I had to write and thank you guys again for building me the most fantastic car I have ever owned - the Honda upgrade has performed seamlessly for thousands of miles in every condition imaginable. My only regret was waiting so long before having it done.

I would also like to add that you guys have been great with every service and modification - I have no hesitation in recommending you, and often do.
